Hoangchau Plywood has built a complete quality inspection and control system for all steps in both manual and machine-integrated production lines under a rigorous process meeting international standards.
The products, after being completed and underwent internal QC procedures in the factory, will be randomly sampled and submitted to internationally accredited laboratories for testing again before shipping to customers.
The equipment used in the inspection process of our QC Department are also periodically tested and calibrated at the national quality assurance and testing center to ensure the highest accurate measurement efficiency according to international standards.
